 Comedy Workshops: I offer comedy workshops for those people interested in trying stand-up. I can't make you funny but I can help make your start in comedy a little easier. I will be offering a comedy workshop at the Jam Factory at Raxx at 1211 Elm St. in Manchester (www.thejamfactorynh.com). You will learn how to write and deliver a 5-minute stand up set. Topics include dissecting, commenting, questioning, distorting, animating, finding a voice, do’s and don’ts, and the craft of being funny! This workshop is designed for those people that want to try comedy but need some support in getting started. Cost is $75. Dates are May 8, 15, 24, 31 and June 7 from 6:30-8:30, with a finale show on June 14 from 7:30-9:30. |
